The type of personal information we collect

Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data)

We may collect, use and store the following information:

  • Your name, telephone number, address and email address.

For payment purposes the above information is shared with Stripe

Your name, card number, expiration date, CVC number and postcode are not collected by us but by Stripe and their privacy policy can be viewed here https://stripe.com/gb/privacy

While you visit our site, we’ll track:

Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed

Location, IP address and browser type: we’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping

Shipping address: we’ll ask you to enter this so we can, for instance, estimate shipping before you place an order, and send you the order!

We’ll also use cookies to keep track of basket contents while you’re browsing our site.

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

For example, we will store order information for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address and billing and delivery addresses.
